Judge Farris retired from the Prince William County Circuit Court, serving 13 years on the Circuit Court after serving 13 years on the Prince William County District Court Bench.



During his twenty-six years on the bench, Judge Farris, Ret., has presided over  estate litigation including wills and trusts, contract and business litigation, construction litigation, real estate issues, personal injury, medical malpractice, condemnation, and domestic relations cases.
