PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Law faculty member teaching litigation law. Trial court judge of 17 years hearing civil and criminal cases with 30 years legal experience in all aspects of litigation, as well as many years of experience working with international human rights issues, international courts and law, rule of law programs, and agendas related to improving access to justice. Demonstrated strong decision maker and mediator, experienced also in analyzing policies and programs and assessing strategic risks and capabilities.
